Whole chickens are roasted to perfection, pulled by hand. Onions and mushrooms are sautéed and deglazed with dry white wine. A silky velouté with home-made stock infused with garden-fresh sage and parsley smothers the chicken, bringing warmth and depth to every bite.
Flaky puff pastry crowns the filling for you to bake until beautifully golden.
